All of our arrangements are created using fresh, seasonal flowers. Because flowers are a natural product, varieties, bloom sizes, and exact shades may vary. Photos shown on our website and social media represent our design style and aesthetic rather than exact replicas.

 

We reserve the right to make substitutions when necessary due to seasonal availability, weather, or supplier conditions. Any substitutions will be of equal or greater value and will maintain the overall look, color palette, and feel of the arrangement.

While we do our best to honor requested colors and inspiration, exact color matching cannot be guaranteed. Each arrangement is handcrafted and one of a kind.

 

Delivery times are estimated windows. Once arrangements leave our care, we are not responsible for damage caused by weather conditions, temperature extremes, or improper handling. Someone must be available to receive deliveries unless prior arrangements are made.

 

Flower longevity varies by type and environment. Proper care after pickup or delivery is the customer’s responsibility.

 

Because flowers are perishable and often ordered in advance, some orders may require a non-refundable deposit. Changes and cancellations must be requested within the timeframe outlined at booking. Custom event florals, bloom bars, installations, and subscriptions may have separate terms.

Because our floral designs are created using fresh, perishable materials and are often custom-designed, the following policies apply:

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Orders canceled less than 48 hours prior to scheduled delivery or pickup are non-refundable.

• Event florals, bloom bars, and large orders canceled less than 14 days before the event date are non-refundable.

• Changes or adjustments must be requested at least 72 hours in advance and cannot be guaranteed.
